Hello, PTA Peeps! Here's a quick announcement from LAPTA:

The Winning LAPTA Membership Theme
New Givebacks Requirement:

1) The Winning LAPTA Membership Theme

The next LAPTA Membership Theme receiving 57% of the votes is .... Growing the Future Rooted in Tradition! This theme plus "Laissez Les Bons Temps Rouler with PTA" and "PTA: A Work of Heart" are available now on Canva for you to personalize with your PTA name if you like. Go to LouisianaPTA.org/resources in the "Templates" section for links. Email Beth at President@LouisianaPTA.org if the Canva links give you trouble.

2) New GIVEBACKS Requirement

LAPTA just partnered with Givebacks.com to streamline collection of membership dues and submittal of the Affiliation report. It will launch on April 28 when the PTAs will then be able to create an account and customize your website if you like. This is replacing CheddarUp and PTBoard services as well as MoneyMinder for free. Givebacks has more features than its competitors, too. We have webinars tentatively scheduled for May 5 at noon, May 6 at 6:30pm, May 7 at noon, and May 8 at 6:30pm. Meeting links will be emailed and posted at LouisianaPTA.org/training and on the home page.
